You're looking at the Barnes Bridge across the River Thames. Barnes Railway and foot bridge was built between 1846 and 1849 to carry the London and Southwestern railway. It was designed by Joseph Locke and J.E. Errington. Although only part of the original structure remains, it is the oldest surviving bridge below Richmond. The wrought iron bowstring part of the bridge was added between 1891 and 1895.
