Take a walk from Grasmere over Loughrigg Fell (one of the easier lakeland walks) and you'll eventually come to Loughrigg Tarn. It's a little off the beaten track, so it's much quieter than many of the lakes. |
There are fish in this lake. You can get a permit to fish here from Mr. Murphy at Tarnfoot Farm, Loughrigg.
