You're looking at the Chelsea Bridge across the River Thames. This suspension bridge was built in 1934 from designs by Rendel, Palmer and Tritton. The first bridge on this site was built between 1851 and 1858 and was funded by tolls until 1879. During the construstion of bridges on this site, a large number of Roman remains were uncovered, indicating that this was the possible site of a battle.
